Flip toggle switch broken on IE7

The flip toggle switch handle is out of position on IE7.

This is fixed in branch "range" by commit 28aa85d which will be merged for 1.3.
That cannot be cherry-picked so I will look into a fix for the 1.2-stable branch too.
