This plugin provides the basis for handling files in DeepaMehta 3. It adds the topic types File and Folder and provides basic services for other plugins to be built on top. Such plugins comprise DeepaMehta 3 File Manager (part of the DeepaMehta 3 standard installation) or DeepaMehta 3 Folder Canvas (optional installation).
