I think, honestly, that this would apply as a No Content, since it's just a watch made with HTML and JavaScript.

It looks more like a personal project to learn JavaScript, but not a tool to help the JavaScript community.

As some examples, personal pages, blogs, Discord bot pages and basic tutorials for unrelated libraries will no longer be accepted. Projects such as NPM packages, libraries, tools that have a clear and direct relation to JavaScript, will be accepted when requesting a JS.ORG subdomain. This decision does not affect subdomains that have already been granted. 💥💥💥

And, to be honest, it's a very generic subdomain.
