This is a tracking issue for release 2.0.

List of changes for release:

• Drop support for Node.js 0.6
• Remove deprecated "I'mateapot" export
• Remove support for status being non-first argument Remove support for status being non-first argument #76
• Upgrade depd to 2.0 use depd@2.0.0 to get rid of eval() #72
• Upgrade statuses to 2.0

Testing this release

If you want to try out this release, you can install it with the following commands:

$ npm cache clean http-errors
$ npm install jshttp/http-errors#2.0

Please do not merge until there is some kind of consensus / non-objection
