Work-in-progress for now. I'll be compiling a list of ideas for features that a machine learning module of this sort should provide. I found the "Machine Learning Mastery" blog to be quite helpful in learning about and understanding the ARIMA and GARCH models. |

Adding a new machine learning module with two new time-series regression models as a proof of concept
