Build timeouts being flagged as errors

There have been a number of failed builds recently, which were due to server timeouts which have been marked as errors and not been retried.

This is a generic tracking issue for this problem. I'm re-running through the errored build list at the moment to flush out these timeout cases, will keep this open until the root cause has been fully resolved.
