The CDN is not reachable via IPv6, because AAAA DNS records for ga.jspm.io and ga.system.jspm.io are missing. This breaks JSPM for IPv6-only hosts.

Thanks for the question, I've got in touch with our CacheFly CDN sponsor to find out about the current IPv6 support, and will report back soon.
