ease of use for creating experiments

to assist the user, especially for those new to datapipe, it would be very helpful to indicate (during the new experiment process):

• what is required to make the project (probably not necessary if all fields are required)
• specific error handling for common cases (is link incorrect? is a field missing?)
• for newcomers/those not familiar with experiments online, what is condition assignment? what is session limit? maybe an information component like an (i) with a hover over for a brief description would be a good addition.
