If you select the entry by using the keyboard the onSelect event fires. Sadly, the event won't fire if you select the entry by clicking it.

This is know bug it seems, Maybe we can throw in a polyfill?

I've re-done the search in plain JS, but I don't have a copy of Edge to hand at the moment to test with.

Hi,

I can confirm the search works in Microsoft Edge using both mouse and keys to select an entry from the dropdown.

Internet Explorer on the other hand is pretty much broken :) Nothing changes when either clicked with the cursor nor selected using the keyboard.
