…nt editors. These were originally replaced with code editors in 9.4, but the Ace editor blocks native browser spellchecking. These went back to textareas with new `.cerbTextEditor()` handlers. Updated autocompletion, toolbars, keyboard shortcuts.

Fixes #1058
