hcli is @jtagcat's wannabe urfave/cli@v3 written from the ground up, posing as the next major release. It relies on harg, a feature-complete argument parser.
hcli attempts to be user-friendly, encourage advanced Go patterns and best practices, and most importantly staying elegant with standard libraries and newer language syntax.
harg is complete, but with the CLI wrapper being Work in progress, held at v0. #1583 loosely tracked the effort.
