Fix #134

  • Look for Knitro in LD_LIBRARY_PATH
  • Do not concatenate path and libname if KNITRODIR is not found

Note: we store the absolute path to Knitro shared library to use Knitro within Atom or Jupyter (which often do not have access to environment variables)
