unfortunately, having ORNIS set its own rmw implementation was strongly non-trivial, so best approach seems to simply be to fail, and prompt the user to set ornis to use the dynamic fastrtps configuration. Not super elegant, but it works.
Very complicated fix. Lots of moving parts, you wouldn't understand.
