[C-c C-'] is not defined in haskell-mode. Usually major mode will not define this keybinding. If you don't want this keybinding, at least don't use [C-c '], because it will make Org-mode babel editing src block failed.

Ok, I'll use C-c ". Please note however that you can change dante-mode-map as you please.
