Temporary code for events sign ups.

Create a temporary code by hashing (event code, time, secret key)

Creating attend code (backend)
Authenticating attend code (backend)
Receiving attend code & display (frontend)
Sending attend code when attending (frontend)
Secret key (backend)
Only allow admin to GET code
