QLF Feature

This feature emulates someone sending with their left foot. Activate with FEATURE_QLF. Various settings to tweak the behavior are:

#define qlf_dah_max 200
#define qlf_dah_min 100
#define qlf_on_by_default 0

QLF mode is activate in the command line interface using the { command.
