Als enige opmerking heb ik dat de parameters die verplicht, optioneel of conditioneel zijn soms best verwarrend overkomen. Wat ik wel een klein puntje vind is dat het telefoonnummer of mobile nummer van de aanvrager optioneel zijn. Ik zou ze ieder geval conditioneel op elkaar maken. Of zelfs verplicht zoals nu ook is. (blz. 12 en 22)

Verder akkoord vanuit mijn rol als grondroerder / aannemer.

Is aangepast.
Wat voor netbeheerders van belang is voor hun proces moet wel verplicht zijn.
