In the process of turning this into a Snakemake / SnakeBIDs workflow, the processing performed in December 2021 on both preop and postop data of the EPL Dataset (phase 1 and phase 2) have been moved to the folder epl_p1_p2.
Note: This project is likely to be renamed to better reflect the processing being performed.
