It might be better to enable application cache only for full-screen mode.

Did two workarounds for this problem:

Now the app can be used as before.

Fix the workaround for disabled "Back"
e33f4e6 
The workaround introduced for gh-85 is not correct.  It doesn't update
location.href, so that many functions which depend on location.href
became broken.

Close gh-95.
