v3.1 (minor updates)

Download previous build v3.0 for 32-bit support or if you have windows 7, 8 or 8.1

this just upgrades vs code and 7-zip to latest version (as of 07/Aug/2024) which decreased compatiblity

Supported OS

• Windows 10 (64-bit)
• Windows 11 (64-bit)

Since now there is only one version (64-bit) you can also download the source code zip

I could've added the support for 32-bit windows 10 but who the fuck uses that in 2024...

If you know your system is 32-bit then download 32-bit version, otherwise just download 64-bit version.
(almost every system after 2016 or 2017 is 64 bit)
