ChatApp using React and Firebase

This is a real-time chat application built with React and Firebase. It allows users to send and receive messages in real time.

Installations and Setup

• Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/karteek-02/ChatAPP

npm install

• Create a .env file in the root directory of the project.

• Add the following content to the .env file:

Replace <your_firebase_api_key> with your Firebase Api key.

• Start the project:

• Open your web browser and navigate to http://localhost:3000 to see the chat application in action.

• Real-time messaging: Messages are sent and received in real time.
• User authentication: Users can create accounts and log in to access the chat.
• Send messages: Users can compose and send messages to other users.
• Display messages: Sent and received messages are displayed in the chat interface.
