While all the source files declares:

the same terms as Perl itself.

The LICENSE file quotes a MIT license:

The MIT License (MIT)
[...]

Perl itself is licensed under GPL+ or Artistic licenses. Not MIT. See https://dev.perl.org/licenses/.

Sure enough. Must have been a bad copy job when the project files were created. I'll see about fixing it. Thank!

The licensing is now only described at the project level in the README and Makefile.PL files, and then again in the per-project files.
