1. Introduction

NITA ClubSpot is an Android app developed for the students of National Institute of Technology Agartala to foster communication and engagement among various clubs on campus. The app provides a centralized platform where official clubs can post their upcoming events, and users can upvote, downvote, and star their favorite clubs to receive updates and notifications. It also includes a login feature for users and an admin section for club admins to manage events effectively.

2. Features

• Events Section: All official clubs can publish their upcoming and past events in this section, providing students with up-to-date information about activities on campus.

• User Authentication: Users can create accounts and log in to the app. The login feature is necessary to enable functionalities like upvoting, downvoting, and starring favorite clubs.

• Club Subscription: Users can star their favorite clubs to receive push notifications whenever the club admin uploads new events or updates.

• Voting Mechanism: Users can upvote or downvote events, helping clubs understand the level of interest in specific activities.

• Admin Section: Club admins have access to an exclusive admin section where they can add, update, and delete events for their respective clubs.

3. Installation

As an Android app, NITA ClubSpot will be available for download from the Google Play Store. To install the app on your device, follow these steps:

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Search for "NITA ClubSpot" in the search bar.
3. Tap on the app from the search results.
4. Click on the "Install" button to download and install the app on your device.

4. Usage

1. User Registration/Login: Users need to register or log in to access the app's full features.

2. Explore Clubs: Browse the Club Section to find a list of all official clubs at NITA. Tap on a club to view its details and events.

3. Event Upvoting/Downvoting: Users can vote for events they find interesting or relevant to express their preferences.

4. Club Subscription: Star favorite clubs to receive notifications whenever new events are uploaded by the club admin.

5. Admin Controls: Club admins can log in and access the admin section to add, update, or delete events for their respective clubs.
