Use commands: /moodle remove "Firstname Lastname@Server" moodle "Moodle_Name"

Moodles can be right-clicked off like regular buffs or you can use the command syntax @Glyceri showed above to remove them.

Mare doesn't yet support applying Moodles to other players though.
