10: Process and visualise collection of queries for different buildings

Summary of changes:

• The user is able to select a metric to visualise (kWh or kVarh)
• They can pick a year to render
• They can pick the increments
• All the graphs with the selected metric are rendered

Notes:

• Graphs cannot be hidden from the plot. Further work is required for this

Testing done:

• No new tests added
• All tests pass when running npm test
