Generalized Navier-Stokes (GNS) simulations in the ball

This repo contains the code related to the paper:

"Vortex line entanglement in active Beltrami flows."
Nicolas Romeo, Jonasz Slomka, Jorn Dunkel, and Keaton J. Burns.

Simulation code is available in the simulation directory and requires Dedalus (v3).

Analysis code is available in the analysis directory and requires pyfln, a Python wrapper for the fastlinkingnumbers C++ package.
