  1. fix(build): move to kcd-scripts 

    **What**: This moves all the tooling to kcd-scripts

**Why**: Simplifies a bunch of stuff and makes it easier to keep things
updated

**How**: Remove a bunch of code and deps and use kcd-scripts instead
