Known issues:

• ogn-decode crashes when started by systemd, see also glidernet/ogn-rf#11.
• libjpeg8 required, but unavailable in jessie, see also glidernet/ogn-rf#20. For a workaround, see glidernet/ogn-bootstrap/bootstrap#L170.
• librtlsdr0 (>= 0.7) required, but unavailable in jessie. For a workaround, see my rtl-sdr v0.7.0 non-maintainer-upload (Use at your own risk, it breaks in many ways!).
