Added xfstests rootfs build script and jpl template file. Added test overlay script to setup xfstests config file. Updated RootFS.groovy to pass crush_image_options parameters. Signed-off-by: Lakshmipathi.G <lakshmipathi.ganapathi@collabora.com>
