Light curve fitting (Stages 4-6)

What happened?

Hello, I am trying to plot the spectrum from the WASP-39b ERS 1366 and am following this paper. To save on time/processing while figuring this out, I am only using Segment 2 of the observation, which seems to have about half of the transit. I tried my best following the directions listed in the Eureka section of the paper, however in Stage 6, I always only get 2 points per plot, with large error bars. I am wondering if there is a parameter I missed or something I need to do to get a "higher resolution" of the spectra plot. Below is my Stage 6 ecf parameters, and one example of the plots I'm getting.

Any help would be appreciated!

Awesome thank you so much! That seems to have done it. I've posted my results below, and they are definitely in the ballpark of what I was hoping to get. My spectrum seems a little off but that is probably due to some other parameters. I'll keep reading! Thanks again!
