Setting up environment variables for the app to work locally:

1. npm i --save-dev dotenv
2. create a .env file in the react app
3. create variable: REACT_APP_URL_KEY = http://localhost:8080

Auth0 and AWS Services are shut down. You will need your own resources for those components.
