Fixed a couple of bugs:
- Fixed a problem where clients wouldn't get update notification immediately
- Fixed an issue when trying to access inconsistent server data, update check & error reporting
- Fixed a problem causing a bad crash if WebView component wasn't installed
- Fixed multiple bugs with user configuration, will reset if errors are detected
- Fixed a bug that would cause client to crash if logs were inaccessible
