API request doesn't use the also_prune flag

So if someone were to give user 'foobar' a Gittip, and then a month later removes that person from their gittip. Because the also_prune flag isn't used, wouldn't this script leave the Gittip for foobar still enabled and not actually remove it? Unless the workflow for the spreadsheet is to never delete people that have been given to previously?
