Creating a new book template (ongoing)

• Using book document type
• Chapters numbering after table of contents/list of figures

Optional:

• Replace heading with custom text: in book, each chapter (except the Chapter page) has the current section name (odd pages) or chapter name (even pages) on the heading. Consider removing these with custom texts (i.e. Thesis of .., Title of thesis, ..)
• New cover (?)
