use -v 1.0 can not convert gltf，but use -v ‘1.0’ can

compare the v1.0 and v2.0 gltf file， only the version is different

and v2.1.4 can

i am convert this ifc to dae use ifcconvert （λ IfcConvert.exe -y --use-element-guids **.ifc ***.dae）
https://github.com/mrdoob/three.js/blob/dev/examples/models/ifc/rac_advanced_sample_project.ifc

this dae can not to convert 2 gltf 1.0 use v2.1.5
