Before opening an issue about "can't connect", work through this list — it fixes most reports and makes the ones that remain actually diagnosable.

1. Rule out the obvious

• Is the config still valid / not expired? Re-import a fresh copy.
• Try another network: mobile data ↔ Wi-Fi. If it works on one and not the other, it's your network, not the app.
• Did it stop working for everyone at once? That's usually the server or the censor, not your install.

2. Use the right release

• Install the latest release from the releases page before reporting.
• When updating Android versions, keep using release APKs — they all share the same signing key, so updates keep your data.

3. Capture evidence (redact first!)

On a PC with the phone connected via USB (Developer options → USB debugging):

Reproduce the failure, stop the capture, then remove server addresses, usernames and subscription URLs before pasting anywhere.

4. Then file it

• If it looks like an app bug → Tunnel won't connect template
• If it's "how do I…?" → ask right here in Q&A

Tip: the app refuses connections it cannot make safely (for example, plaintext VLESS to a raw public IP) and tells you why instead of black-holing your traffic — read the error message verbatim, it usually means exactly what it says.
