Goals:
1) Efficient drawing workflow
  - From an empty canvas to picture posted on the web

Guidelines:
Eyes on the cursor.
All non-canvas pixels need to be active area.
Corners are hard to reach with a drawing tablet.
No pointless numbers.
No windows you have to drag around.
Minimize UI state.
Sub-16 ms UI lag.
