Create setClamped function to allow enabling and disabling clamping #1

I added a very simple function to allow users to disable clamping once the camera is constructed.

For my current project, the rotation near the edges of the world produced behavior that I didn't want. Removing the clamping solved my problem.

I am so sorry I didn't get back to you on this before.

I am not going to accept this pull request.

The reason is that the behaviour you are doing on it can be easily done by changing the world.

Your pull request made me realize that people might not get this by reading the docs, so I have added a new question in the FAQ which deals with clamping. Feel free to give it a read.
