- this PR is primarily a configuration feature. Testing multiple Horizon cursors in Core requires some sort of integration test, and @gadisr already did this manually and verified it works.
- We should write a proper integration test later on that tests ingestino using multiple cursors.

Whenever horizon ingests from stellar-core, an entry is updated regarding current location. This way, several horizon servers can perform ingest from a single stellar-core.
