bug: Default video speed does not work during replay [Android 7.0]

Bug description

The default video speed does not work during replay. Enabling, changing and reloading does not change the default video replay speed.

Steps to reproduce

The default speed (set, for example, ×1.25) works ONLY/MOSTLY on new UNWATCHED videos. If the video was watched, even partially, and you start the video again to continue watching (replay only, not after paused), then the default speed (×1.25) is not turned on automatically, even if you changed it while watching and completely reloaded the application (removing it from the list of current applications) or completely rebooted the phone.
UPD: Also by experience of use it works even on unwatched videos 80% until you restart the app and/or phone. But also in 10% of cases it works on watched/paused videos. The problem is "floating", it is difficult to understand the pattern or dependence.
UPD2: If you start a 'video' immediately after the 'live' broadcast, the video will have a speed of ×1.00, but not your default speed.
