This is an old diagnostic that hasn't been relevant ever since we switched to only supporting PostgreSQL.
Right now we are running into issues with that diagnostic (since it is obscuring the actual backtrace; see #452 ).
Instead of going through the effort of porting this, I'm simply removing it.
