Tray fixes

Fixes a few issues with the tray:

• Tray doesn't show on initial load
• New sites wouldn't automatically show up in tray
• Hides inactive sites in the tray

Web Watcher

Initial release!

Web watcher monitors any site that you want. Just add it to the list and it will be checked for activity every second. All history is kept so you can review performance over a period of time. Web watcher runs through your connection so no external service is required. When an outage occurs you'll receive a notice immediately.
