I think I will do a separate function in RawImageData, that can do curve scaling, that is also multithreaded. I have also for a long time planned to do a dithered lookup for curves to minimize banding, so this might be the time for it. |

I have added a complete re-do of all curve lookups to include sub-pixel dithering. See PR #53. |
