Goal in log and notifier

Description

Added the goal into the log and the notifier to see at the end of a run how far away the goal is.

Motivation and Context

I want to see how much of the goal I reached

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested with and without goal set.
Affects nothing else only addition no change of existing code.
The goal line is only added if a goal is set.
