Update endpoint with HTTPS?

Update endpoint is now downloading content from the URL http://<domain>/search.tsv.

We may need in the future downloading from the https://.

Possible solutions:

• specify some parameter to the request for https
• use requested protocol - cleaner solution (request to the https://search.klokantech.com/update/domain will use URL https://domain/search.tsv)
  • we need proper HTTPS requests Enable listening on the https for /search API #11
  • or we need to parse CloudFlare X_PROTO_FORWARD headers.

Simple implementation using request argument https=true.
