Added a couple text inputs between the name search and tag buttons.
Implemented size filters for: Stipe Length, Stipe Width/Diameter, Cap Diameter, Cap Thickness. Note - all data have null cap thickness at the moment.
Also added a helper function in Index for logging (a single log statement that shows every currently selected filter).
