同様に #1200 に絡んで、
jsbookとの互換性を重視したことで、クラスファイル自体はデフォルトの紙サイズがA4に戻りました。
ただ、これから新規に制作しようという人にはこれでは困るので、review-initでプロジェクト作成時に、texdocumentclassのコメントを外し、明示的にpaper=a5のパラメータを指定するようにします。
これとあわせて、latex-templateオプション指定を付けたときには、そのクラスファイル名をtexdocumentclassに入れるようにもしました。
