Updates throughout the application. Switched to CKEditor from TinyMCE; added several plugins for CKEditor; added e-mailing announcements option along with user setting to control getting announcement e-mails; added more tests and enhanced coverage; made changes to workshift frontend and backend.

Rooms, Workshift, UI-refactor, migrations

Added two new modules for workshift and models for rooms. Refactored the front end to appear cleaner.

TinyMCE Update, Password Reset

Added password reset ability (for forgotten passwords), e-mail login ability, made e-mails unique through forms, and added the light skin to TinyMCE.
