Clone the repository

git clone https://github.com/knight-byte/Chat-app.git
cd Chat-app

Setup Firebase

• Login with firebase Account and create a new Project in it and paste the API configuration in the App.js

• Create a cloud firestore database and create a new collection with name messages

Getting Started with Create React App

This project was bootstrapped with Create React App.

Available Scripts

In the project directory, you can run:

npm install

Run this to install all the Dependencies

npm start

Runs the app in the development mode.
Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.

The page will reload if you make edits.
You will also see any lint errors in the console.

npm run build

Builds the app for production to the build folder.
It correctly bundles React in production mode and optimizes the build for the best performance.

The build is minified and the filenames include the hashes.
Your app is ready to be deployed!

NOTE:

This is project is a basic single chat group with google auth where anyone can login and message in it
