The Splitter node forgets about image offset metadata in the result.

To reproduce, simply feed an image that has known offsets, and look at the split images. (Tested with an XYZChannel input and split by Channel, i.e. XYZ selected.)

Could someone please trigger a build, so that this fix gets available via the Nightly Builds update site? (Current version on nightly is KNIME Image Processing 1.5.4.201703260603) 🙂
